Opening Hours

Building Hours: Weekdays 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

・Outside these hours, the building will be locked. To enter, please use your pre-registered staff or student ID card at the card reader
located at the main entrance or the east entrance.

WPI-SKCM2 Office (5th Floor) Hours: Weekdays 8:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.

Connecting Doors to Faculty of Science Building D: Weekdays 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

・Outside these hours, the doors will be locked.

For Visitors Arriving by Shinkansen / Train

JR Hiroshima Station → JR Saijō Station
Take the JR Sanyō Main Line (approx. 40 minutes).
From Saijō Station, please take a local bus bound for Hiroshima University (approx. 15 minutes) or a taxi.

JR Hiroshima Station / JR Fukuyama Station → JR Higashi-Hiroshima Station
Take the Shinkansen (approx. 11 minutes).
From Higashi-Hiroshima Station, please take a local bus (operates on weekdays only) or a taxi.

Please note:

Only the Kodama and some Hikari Shinkansen services stop at JR Higashi-Hiroshima Station.

Hiroshima Airport → JR Saijō Station North Exit
Take the Saijō Airport Limousine Bus (approx. 25 minutes), then from JR Saijō Station (South Exit), take a local bus or taxi.

Nearest bus stops on campus: Hirodai Chuo-guchi and Yamanakaike
