Bio
Before joining Tohoku University as a mathematician, Sonia Mahmoudi worked in France, Taiwan and the US in various industries. Interested in the relationships between topology and properties of entangled structures in materials science and design, her research topic is related to knot theory and its interdisciplinary applications.
