Making Reservations

VBL 204 is a seminar room that can be used for seminars, lectures, or meetings. 

To make a reservation, please email the support team at wpi-skcm2-secretary@ml.hiroshima-u.ac.jp with the following information:

– Reservation name, Contact information

– Date, Start time, End time

– Purpose of use

Please note: VBL 204 is pre-reserved from 11:00  – 14:00 on Thursdays for SKCM2 weekly seminars

After using VBL 204:

Please turn off and store all electric equipment.

Please shut off the air conditioning/heater and lights.

Please close and lock any windows that have been opened.

SKCM2 has 1 pro license for Zoom, which allows for meetings without time limits.  

To make a reservation, please email the support team at wpi-skcm2-secretary@ml.hiroshima-u.ac.jp with the following information:

– Reservation name, Contact information

– Date, Start time, End time

– Purpose of use

SKCM2 staff will check the availability and send you an email with the meeting link for your Zoom meeting. 

Note: If you would like to sign into Zoom before your meeting, please add buffer time to your reservation.  For example, if your meeting will start at 11:00 am, please reserve the Zoom room starting at 10:30 am.
