Bio
My research focuses on the design of chiral supramolecular architectures through organic synthetic chemistry. By integrating the rational control of chirality and topology with quantitative analysis and visualization using optical and crystallographic techniques, I aim to establish a design framework that links molecular structure to chiral properties. In addition to constructing supramolecular assemblies and elucidating their functions, I seek to advance the fundamental science of chiral knots by exploring the mathematical and physical principles underlying topology and extending this research into broader interdisciplinary fields.

What I like about my science
What I like about research is that even simple molecules can have fascinating properties that are still unknown. I am especially interested in molecular assemblies, which can exhibit new functions that are not observed in individual molecules.
